Spill-proof, pet-proof protection for the floor underneath. The Moisture-Barrier All-Surface Rug Pad is a firm, reversible gripper made from dense recycled fibers bonded to a wavy closed-cell backing — so it locks your rug in place on any hard floor or over wall-to-wall carpet, while its sealed backing stops whatever lands on top from soaking through to the floor below.

What it does:

• Pet-proof moisture barrier: the closed-cell backing seals out liquid, so pet accidents, potty-training mishaps, and spilled drinks never reach your floor — ideal for LVP, kitchens, and homes with dogs and cats
• Grips on every indoor surface: hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl/LVP, linoleum, and concrete — then flip it over to stop a rug from creeping on carpet
• Lays down a firm, supportive foundation underfoot (about 3/16" thick) and smooths out grout lines and old furniture dents
• Won't damage or discolor floors, and is safe over radiant heat
