Welcome to Dalton Rug Pad. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at daltonrugpad.com and any purchase you make from us ("we," "us," "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you select.
2. Products, custom orders, and measurements
Our rug pads are cut to order based on the size, shape, and thickness you select. Because each pad is made specifically for you:
- You are responsible for entering accurate measurements and selections. We cut to the dimensions you provide.
- As explained in our Refund Policy, custom-cut pads cannot be returned or refunded except where they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we don't guarantee that colors, descriptions, or other content are completely error-free. Minor variations in color, texture, and exact cut dimensions can occur.
3. Pricing and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll let you know and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we suspect an error or fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and begin processing. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to Dalton Rug Pad and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Our rug pads carry a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, which is our sole express warranty.
